I bolded the word “living” in the quote by Irenaeus because the word “Life” and “Living” is what we are usually seeking when we pursue a “life coach”. My approach to this is that life = “Zoe — the state of one who is possessed of vitality or is animate.” Could you use more “LIFE” in your life? Yeah me too, and that’s why I also have a life coach and spiritual director.
